Meg Hanington, EPC
Meg began her career at Merrill Lynch having worked in a variety of disciplines, including technology, systems development, operations, compliance, marketing, and administration.
In 2012 she transitioned to the independent space. Having found her strength in business development and marketing, Meg has the unique ability to listen to and understand her clients' goals and implement a workable solution for achieving them. She is passionate about networking with business leaders and entrepreneurs in the community.
As co-delegate for the NYC Metro Area chapter of Females & Finance, Meg’s responsibility is to gather the network to provide meaningful and relevant information for each of its members working in the financial services industry.

When not working, Meg can be found boating on the Barnegat Bay or cooking her favorite dishes.
Genevieve E. Thayer, EPC
Genevieve began her journey at AXA Equitable. After several years she transitioned to the independent space. Her experiences include extensive knowledge of the inter-dependencies across several areas, including operations, compliance, technology, investment analysis, and administration.
Genevieve has strategically implemented meaningful solutions for advisors to better serve their clients, and she is passionate about creating efficient processes for more streamlined organizations.

Her free time is spent enjoying local craft beer, yoga, and the beautiful view from Barnegat Light beach.
